Can I permanently close my Chipz account?

You can’t close your account directly through the Chipz website. If you’d like to close it, please reach out to our Customer Support team via email and provide your reasons for the request. Alternatively, if you prefer, you can activate a self-exclusion for a specific period directly from your account.

Be aware that if you permanently close your account, in most cases, you won’t be able to another account at Chipz.
