Can I make transactions at Chipz before my account is verified?

Registering with your bank details already provides an initial Know-Your-Customer (KYC) status, so you can deposit and withdraw modest amounts before we ask you for further verification. As per the gaming regulations we are bound by, Chipz Casino will ask you to perform a KYC after a specific transaction threshold has been met.

A standard KYC control usually involves us asking you to provide documentation that proves you are who you say you are and that you are the rightful holder of the bank account you are using.

Please be aware that we will contact you when you need to undergo a KYC check. You do not need to contact our support about KYC controls before we ask you for one.
